Spherical SS310L stainless steel powder is a high-temperature alloy powder mainly composed of iron (Fe), chromium (Cr) and nickel (Ni), with excellent high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and good mechanical properties. The alloy powder is prepared by powder metallurgy processes such as gas atomization. The particles are spherical, have good fluidity and compactness, and are suitable for additive manufacturing (3D printing) and metal injection molding (MIM). 1. Features

- Excellent high temperature resistance: Due to the high content of chromium (Cr) and nickel (Ni), SS310L stainless steel has good oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance in high temperature environments, and can be used for a long time at temperatures up to 1100°C.

- Good corrosion resistance: Especially in corrosive environments containing chemicals such as sulfur and chlorine, SS310L stainless steel shows excellent corrosion resistance.

- Lower carbon content: The low carbon (L) version of SS310L stainless steel has better resistance to intergranular corrosion and welding performance than standard 310 stainless steel.
