I. Characteristics

1 High strength and low density: TC4 (Ti-6Al-4V) is a titanium alloy with high strength (tensile strength of about 900 MPa) and low density (about 4.43 g/cm³), and high specific strength.

2 Excellent corrosion resistance: TC4 has good corrosion resistance to a variety of corrosive media (such as seawater, chloride solution).

3 Good biocompatibility: TC4 is widely used in medical implants such as artificial joints and bone plates.

4 Excellent heat resistance: TC4 can still maintain good mechanical properties at high temperatures (below about 400°C).

5 Spherical particle morphology: Spherical TC4 powder has good fluidity and is suitable for additive manufacturing (such as 3D printing) and powder metallurgy processes.

II. Application fields
